Privacy Policy

This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information while providing accounts, models, agents, channels, and workspace services.

We respect and protect your personal information. This policy applies when you visit, register, sign in to, or use Ultma services.

01

Scope

This policy applies to the Ultma website, console, model calls, agent collaboration, channel connections, gateway binding, and related services we provide later.

If a specific service has a separate privacy notice, that notice applies together with this policy. If they differ, the separate notice controls for that service.

02

Information we collect

When you register, sign in, or use the service, we may collect your phone number, account identifier, sign-in state, device information, gateway binding records, top-up and billing information, and necessary operation logs.

When you use models, agents, skills, channels, or conversations, we process the prompts, files, conversation content, configurations, and results you submit.

03

How we use information

We use the information above for identity verification, account security, service activation, model calls, task execution, billing display, customer support, troubleshooting, and safety controls.

We do not use your private work content for unrelated public display or marketing profiles. If we need to use information beyond this policy, we will notify you and obtain required authorization where required by law.

04

AI input and generated content

Prompts, files, context, and generated results that you submit to models, agents, or tools are used to complete the intelligent processing tasks you choose.

Depending on your choices, this content may be passed to model providers, channel services, or local gateways. Unless required by law or with your consent, we do not actively use your private input to train public models.

05

Third parties and entrusted processing

To provide SMS verification, model capability, payment settlement, storage, log analysis, customer support, and safety controls, we may provide necessary information to service partners.

We require partners to process information only for agreed purposes and under security requirements. The list of connected third parties or SDKs will be updated according to the actual services used.

06

Storage and protection

We keep information for the shortest period needed to achieve service purposes and use access control, encrypted transmission, log masking, permission isolation, and security audits to reduce unauthorized access risk.

After you delete an account, unbind a gateway, or clear conversations, related data enters deletion, anonymization, or necessary audit-retention flows according to product capability, backup mechanisms, and legal requirements.

07

Your rights

You may request access, copies, correction, supplementation, or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw consent, cancel your account, or ask us to explain our processing rules.

You can submit requests through the contact information in the footer. We will process requests within the period required by law or a reasonable period, and explain if a request cannot be fulfilled.

08

Protection of minors

We recommend that minors use the service under guardian guidance. Children under the age of fourteen should obtain guardian consent before using the service.

If a guardian finds that a child’s personal information has been improperly collected or used, they may contact us. We will verify the situation and take necessary measures such as deletion or stopping processing as required by law.
